I don’t even know where to start , I filed a borrower of defense claim in 2017 , it was denied like many others .
I am trying to better my case somehow I went in 2015 . If anyone has anything for evidence it would be greatly appreciated.
I didn’t qualify for the ftc settlement because I didn’t pay the school directly but instead took out federal student loans ( has if they even have us an option to pay them directly 
)
