Hello from SW Washington! I attended OPI in Portland in the early 90s. 2 years after I had graduated, I found out that it had suddenly closed. OPI was owned by “for profit” Phillips Colleges. Which was taking part in some pretty shady practices with the government. They got caught & had to sell of about 1/2 of their campuses. All of the students at that time were all transferred to other schools in the area. I had looked into furthering my education, but all of the credits I had received were worthless and wouldn’t transfer to anything. Now I am stuck with a $60k loan
