- Do you have federal debt too? Have you applied for Borrower Defense to Repayment for your federal debt, or for any other discharge?

I attended both Heald and DeVry and was screwed over by both these predatory schools and left with over 89,000 in debt that I can’t repay. the credits are non-transferrable, I had to retake most of the classes and the degrees are not “highly recoginzed” as they said and they never supported my employment efforts as they said they would. I need help applying for the borrwer defense. Where can i get the application? is it to late? I think i qualify for the class action lawsuit.
Can you provide guidance?
