Debtor power to take on housing: tenant unions and housing fights

Debtors are suffering from fear of eviction and overdue rent, but we know how to fight back: debtor power! Join this program to learn more about debtor organizing in housing, including tenants unions as a form of debtor organizing, corporate landlords, and information about our new California based housing tool!

Also, if you’re interested in learning more about debt and how we’re going to build and grow our union, join us for our first leadership program, commencing in mid-October through December. The program is for Debt Collective members who are interested in learning more about debt and building your organizing, campaigning and leadership skills.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the Debt Collective’s history, analysis, structure and goals, but the primary focus will be learning and practicing the skills required to run campaigns, grow our movement, and abolish debt!
