Welcome. I am not familiar with Grand Canyon University, but they appear to be a for-profit university.
I would encourage you to file a borrower defense to repayment application if you haven’t done so already. Answer all of the questions truthfully in as much detail as you can. You can file directly through the Department of Education here: https://borrowerdischarge.ed.gov/
