Can anyone tell me how to dispute a loan through Great Lakes? I cannot tell if they are federal or private, from what I’m seeing online it says “both” which makes no sense to me. Any information would be helpful, thank you.

Thank you for the link @Dawn_L !! I also have Great Lakes and they service my federal student loans. Not sure if they do private loans as well…
