My name is Alexis and I am a food service worker and also an organizer from the immigrant and worker rights movements for the past 10 years. I , like all of you, suffer from student debt and as a Latinx first generation grad student I am happy to join the debt collective as a member.
I would love to see if any folk also work in the food industry like me. In addition, I also would love to touch bases with any chapters in California and Michigan, right now I am involved in some campaigns in these states that not only intersect with our student debt fight, but also complements it.
